1. Eat healthy food – make sure it has the necessary nutrients that our body needs. Green leafy vegetables and fruits are best examples that our body needs. Make sure you eat breakfast with fibre food.
2. Exercise – it is a bodily or mentaly exertion, for most people they do this for self training and health improvement. In connection, be educated of proper stomach breathing of 12 – 14 deep breaths per minute. Stay away from cigarettes.
3. Best oil for our body – our body needs fat fish, also good with milk for strong bones.
4. Best treatment for our body – take green tea, nuts, berries, fruit and green vegetables, red wine, red meat and soya.
5. Enjoy your sex life – It releases substances from our brain which slows down aging. Proven by Scottish researchers.
6. Sunlight – Our body needs sun early in the morning to produce vitamin D.
7. Water – drink at least 8 glasses of clean water everyday. Urine should be clear. It indicates that you drink enough.
8. No to Stress – who stresses themselves can cause heart illnesses.
9. Good Sleep – sleep a minimum of 7 hours a night
10. Think positive – everyday think of something you are greatful for, it will let you stay younger and happy.

I couldn't agree more with the 10th tip. No wonder why Peter Pan and company never grow old in Neverland, it's because they have to think of happy thoughts all the time!
